As instructed by the Durham Region Medical Officer of Health, we require the mandatory use of non-medical masks or face coverings for all customers at our store.  Exceptions will be made for reasons of health, disability, physical limitations, children under 2 years old, and other valid reasons.

Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

If you are looking for a vehicle, our entire inventory is available on our website.

You will find tools to help you compare prices, finance or lease terms and payment options.  For a new Toyota, you can access 'Build and Price' to see different trim levels, equipment packages and available colours.  It's all there and easy to use.

Remote But Never Alone

If you prefer, the entire transaction can be handled remotely.  We can even deliver your new vehicle to your residence or place of business.  No need to come to the store.

SERVICE SHUTTLE

As we enter into stage 3, we are back to providing our customers with the convenience of our shuttle, while ensuring that all safety precautions are in place for both staff and customers.

These precautions include masks being worn by our shuttle drivers and a partition installed between the driver and passenger. Plus proper disinfecting and cleaning in between trips.

We ask that our customers also wear a mask or face covering inside the vehicle except those with health, respiratory issues. 

Wait in a New Toyota

If you choose to wait while we service your vehicle, we have implemented social distancing measures in our customer waiting area. You can also choose to sit in one of our new Toyota vehicles set up for service customers.  You may listen to your music, make phone calls, or relax in our waiting room on four wheels.

Protecting Everyone

We closely follow the recommended precautions to ensure we have a safe environment for our customers and our staff.  This includes frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces.  Vehicles taken for a test drive are thoroughly sanitized according to Toyota standards between customers.

Our staff members are asked to stay home if they have any symptoms.  We also ask our customers to avoid coming to the store, if they are experiencing any symptoms.
