Our public areas are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis throughout the day. This extends all touch surfaces including keypads and terminals. It is our intention to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness across all departments.
Our team members have been asked to self-isolate if they, or any member of their immediate family shows any symptoms or if they have traveled outside of Canada in the last few weeks.
We have implemented a glove-wearing policy for all employees accepting keys or other items from our customers.
Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizers is now standard procedure for all employees.
All customer vehicle interiors are disinfected prior to being returned including all keys and key-fobs.
You may use our night drop box to leave vehicle keys at any time without coming into the service reception area.
If you have to wait for your vehicle while we do the work, you can now relax in one of our Toyota vehicle 'waiting rooms'. Each one offers a private space that respects social distancing. You can hook up your smartphone to make calls, listen to your music through the audio system or simply recline the seat to relax. You can also start the engine to operate the climate control and use the heated seats to take the chill off. No test drives or errands please. We sanitize each vehicle between customers so you can wait in confidence.
