A Cut Above the Rest
Feb 23rd, 2025I worked primarily with Kevin and then Taryn, and then Jake on the day that I picked up the sienna. It was my first phone call with Kevin that impressed me. He was very forthright, not pushy, and had tremendous kindness in his voice. He was also very helpful. I was very impressed.
I then came in to have a look at the vehicle and spend a bit of time with Kevin. We discovered that we had a little bit of history in common going way back to the 80s. He was exactly the same in person than he was on the phone, and I felt I could trust him. He showed me the vehicle, was very detailed and patient with me as the car had some new technology in it that I had to learn.
After deciding that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, I spoke with Taryn, who was very patient with me while I did some online investigating of whether or not I should go with the extended warranty. Taryn was direct but not forceful, which was a major plus. I opted to not go with the extended warranty, I said, related due to the exceptional reputation of Toyota, and the fact that I Have owned two previous Toyotas, one normal and one more recent, a 2020 Toyota Corolla hybrid, that are all exceptional vehicle vehicles.
On the day of picking up the car I interacted primarily with Jake, who was very kind, gentle, again not pushy, and just super cordial and helpful.
I also interacted with the main receptionist on the phones, although I didn’t get her name. She was very pleasant and happy to chat while I was waiting for some things.
So overall, I found the experience extremely positive, and I would absolutely recommend, as I have already at least on Facebook to about 600 friends, that Toyota Clarington is a cut above the rest, and I would recommend it for anyone purchasing a vehicle.
There is something That is very different about this Toyota dealership. I’ve interacted with folks at the Belleville Toyota, and numerous folks over the years in various dealerships. This was my single best interaction, and it just strikes me that there is something very unique and special in the leadership and management of this particular Toyota dealership that truly makes it stand out. Somebody at the top is doing something very right, and that is having a direct impact on the buyer through your staff.
I have decided that I will do all future maintenance at your branch, even though it is an hour away from my home, simply because this particular dealership engenders a very positive vibe.
