I’m writing to tell you how much I appreciated the exceptional care and attention I got from Jonathan (spelling?) on Saturday afternoon. He truly went above and beyond to try to solve my problem, although unfortunately it was unsolvable for that day. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and even stayed beyond his work hours before leaving to ensure that I had the information I needed to make my decision/s.

Jonathan made a very difficult day and circumstance not only more bearable, but reaffirmed my faith in the goodness of people in a time when that can no longer be taken for granted.
