I do not normally review business but this experience needed to be share. I was looking for a reliable Truck. Adam Kennedy was so helpful from the beginning within the transaction of my first Toyota. Adam used efficiently the technology to provide me pertinent information about the Tundra. From live video, car fax and Toyota services history of the truck paired with it’s product knowledge. Dealer price was competitive. I was in confidence and well informed so I finally triggered. Good decision! I drove to Clarington Toyota from Ottawa. No disappointment. Smooth and professional transaction. Plus the Dealer decided to proceed with a rust prevention service before delivery at no cost and I received the truck full of gas at my front door.
