I called to book an appointment and was able to get the next day at my preferred time. I was greeted by a very thorough clerk who told me what to expect when i got there and gave me options to park on lot or drive through. I was also given an estimate of the cost of my 2 year check up. I was offered a ride home even though i lived in Oshawa. The driver was friendly and provided me his cell phone number for his call back so i would know it was him. .. very pleasant experience ….. i want this to be my preferred dealership
