Just picked up my new car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled! I ordered my corolla cross quite a while ago, but due to circumstances at the manufacturing level and 100% out of the dealerships control we had quite a ride to get here. Pearl and Tina were absolute gems! Pearl helped me pick a model even when I assured her I was hesitant about switching from my previous brand/dealership and wasn’t looking to buy right away. She spent the time to listen, show me a model with no pressure, and was completely honest about possible timeline issues when I chose a FWD. After placing an order they took my numerous calls and emails with questions while I waited with a positive attitude, offering possible solutions when the manufacturer cancelled the FWD order. Pearl suggested an AWD model that had just been alotted to their dealership. Pearl even came in on her day off to let me pick up my car on my timeline. I even spoke to Matt at 8am at one point when I had a momentary loss of patience (that was embarrassing) while waiting for the AWD model and was reconsidering my choice. He listened and assured me that he understood my frustration and understood if I chose to cancel the order, offering a refund of my deposit Am I ever glad I didn’t take him up on that offer. If you have made it to the end of this long-winded review I offer this: this dealership performed with integrity when all the odds were stacked against them. Treat them with respect and they will come through for you. They are doing the best they can with circumstances that are completely out of their control. They are the middle man between you and the manufacturer. I look forward to a long business relationship with them.
