Thank you so much for your help and patience on Saturday.  We had just been to another dealership nearby and I felt a bit stressed about making such a large purchase.  You were so professional, giving us all of the information we needed, and also very patient with my indecisiveness about which car to buy, which colour etc.  Although you had another appointment at 3, you still made us feel important and like there was no rush.  You also got us the best deal you could, and we appreciated that.
